Comment: First I want to say that this was our first time at Bridgeway Church and we (my husband and I, daughter, son-in-law and children) will attend again. This was a very modern service and we can appreciate the church wanting to draw in the youth since they are our future but would have enjoyed a little bit of tradition. What I mean by tradition is maybe some traditional hymns added in, like Amazing Grace for example. It would be fun to sing it with the musicians they have there. Also, we really, really missed not saying the Lords Prayer as a congregation and were a little saddened that Pastor Joel never initiate the Lords Prayer. Were hoping this will be added to the service in the future. The people we spoke to were very kind and welcoming. The surroundings were comfortable and we look forward to going again.

Pastor Joel is an awesome teacher of the word and the staff is amazing as well! If your curious come for a visit! Groups and activities for everyone!

Comment: What an amazing church full of authentic people who are here to learn more about the Lord and worship His name! Joel is a knowledgeable and greatly educated Pastor who truly has a passion for teaching. I always learn something new every Sunday! They have many small groups to join depending on where you are with your walk of faith. There are many volunteer opportunities, as well! The music is mainly contemporary but not wild like a concert. I came from a Pentecostal charismatic church that got a little too large for my comfort. Bridgeway finds a way to have a full sanctuary but still making sure to personally recognize everyone who walks in! I’m really grateful to have found a church where everyone is a family and it doesn’t feel like the people on stage are celebrities. God is doing great things here! I highly recommend giving this place a try one Sunday. Let the Lord lead you wherever! God bless.

Comment: Loved this church and its staff. Joel preaches from the bible, but is most impressive because of his wealth of knowledge about the times, the language, and the culture throughout history. The praise band each week puts in a strong performance that is uplifting and never disappointing.

Pastor Joel does not preach AT you, its more like he is a friend who happens to be a scholar teaching you about what he himself is excited about and recently unearthed on his own walk with God. There is a reason why the congregation has doubled, and tripled, and quadrupled and continues to grow. Multiple community outreaches, full child care programs, growth groups and bible studies. No one jumps all over you when you enter nor tries to drag you from the door when you try and leave. You own your own development and spiritual growth, Bridgeway provides the tools and opportunities

Comment: From day one I knew that I was home ...that first Sunday, after recently moving to Florida, I found my best friends and a family.... where I could come and worship God and feel the presence of the Holy Spirit. Getting involved in volunteering helped my husband and I to serve others ....Pastor Joels inspired messages are always right on point and he has a wonderful way of being so down to earth when he is teaching us We always learn something new.I have observed, the last 12 and a half years, as the wonderful loving staff and Associate pastors and our worship leaders have been chosen by God and grown powerfully in their Ministries. I watched God equip each of them to move them into place of anointed service.Peoples lives are forever changed when they meet Jesus here! They grow in the knowledge and love of Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit creates miracles and then I get to hear so many Glory stories of Life transformation.Our small groups are very effective at helping people to experience God at a much deeper level...Holy Spirit power... and we also get to know each other and bond as a family. God knows that we need each other!I could say so much more but this is becoming a book LOL!Thank you God for bringing us to Bridgeway Church Family!

Comment: Great church. My family was looking for a church that is with it but didnt care for the idea of a mega church. While the church has grown a lot in the short time weve been there it still has a personnel feel to it rather than a production. Pastor Joel is a very good teacher. I highly recommend this church to anyone who may be looking to try a church out.
