Comment: If John Piper lived in Melbourne, he would start a podcast called “Ask Pastor Lucas”.If Mark Dever lived within a 5 min walk of the church, he would want to be a pastor alongside Lucas here.If John MacArthur ever visited, he would start advocating for the “Lucas study Bible”If R.C Sproul was alive, he would stop sprinkling babies after hearing Lucas preach.If Joel Olsteen was born again, he would apologize to the Lord first and then to Lucas!In all seriousness, this is a hospitable church where I was greeted with love upon every visit. Lucas preaches the Bible and always emphasizes the glory of Jesus. There are lots of great families to grow along side here and ministry for all ages. Come visit!

Comment: Central Baptist has been a church home to my family for 15 yrs. There has never been a question of feeling welcomed here. We were embraced and welcomed from day 1! We’re blessed to have the Pastors that we do. Humble men of God, that have a heart and desire to spread the word of God, and love people. We’re also grateful to have brothers and sisters in Christ to pray for us, and with us. 💗 Love this church and body of believers.

Comment: Weve been members at Central Baptist for over 8 years and love this fellowship of believers. Soon after we joined we got involved in a Sunday school class, that have become like family to us. This church ministers to each other and the community and welcomes visitors and new members with open arms.

Comment: Love this Southern Baptist Church. Everyone is very friendly and Pastor Leroy is a great Pastor. Recommend church without any reservations.

Comment: We are visiting Melbourne, Florida from Saratoga Springs, New York and London, Ontario, Canada. I actually let my IPhone choose the church for us and I have to say it was spot on...5 out of 5 stars and then some. From the moments prior to walking through the front doors we were welcomed with open arms.... I felt Gods love and presence in your Church. The music was beautiful and the voices like Angels from Heaven. Pastor Leroys sermon kept our attention the entire time..Thank You again Central Baptist Church for a wonderful experience.

Comment: The staff are men after Gods own heart! We attend Calvary Chapel but have close dealings with Pastor Shannon who we know to love the Lord and strive first and foremost to honor Him in every decision. The youth are an amazing bunch!!
