Starting first with Pastor John-he is one of a kind! ❤️ The entire church staff and each of the members exemplify the words “church family”! I have never in my life experienced more warmth and love in a church home. The impact that CBC has had on my life and my family is beyond anything I could ever express in words. If you are lost and looking for a church home-CBC is your answer. You will never feel alone again and you will grow closer in your walk in faith surrounded by members/ Pastors that will lift you up every step of the way. Let God lead you here-your life will be blessed beyond measure!

Comment: I don’t even know how to put into words how amazing this Church and its members are, this is such a special place. My parents found this Church online during the peak of COVID and with all of us having grown up Catholic, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was greeted by incredibly caring people and Pastor John is at the top of that list. Sadly my Dad passed away unexpectedly in 2022 and I don’t know how my mom and I would have been able to make it through the challenges of grief without this Church. My Dad adored this church and I had never seen our nuclear family so strong in our faith and close with our relationship with Jesus, especially in my Dads last few years on Earth. We held my Dad’s memorial service at CBC and the staff at CBC were willing to help and support in any way possible. I would not have been able to make it through some of life’s challenging times without everyone at CBC. Pastor John has gone above and beyond for not just my family, but many families connected to CBC. He truly cares about people without judgment and genuinely just wants to bring people closer to a relationship with Jesus. In addition, I also attend the young adult Bible study group every other Thursday and not only have I learned a tremendous amount about the Bible, I have also made some amazing friends. I could truly go on and on listing names and reasons why this is the most amazing Church to be a part of, but I hope if you’re looking for a Church home that you give CBC and it’s members a chance. It could be life changing, like it has been for me.

Comment: The Pastor at this church really cares, I joined this church because the values are truly Christian. I felt that it was more in depth to the word, they have outside service at 9:15am on Sundays and you can stay in your car. Also inside service at 11am Sunday school and kids classes between services. I really do feel like family every time I visit this church and my soul always feels rejuvenated. Just swing on by and check it out. I don’t get anything but the possibility of helping another soul find joy.

Comment: The staff has gone out of their way to stay in contact with the members. The Sunday services have been so uplifting while still being responsible with social distancing. The pastor’s messages have been so inspiring and applicable to our lives today. The music is so uplifting and inspirational. It has been a highlight each week in my life.

Comment: A wonderful, open, and loving church family. I joined the church in 2012, and help head up the Clothes Closet, one of the many outreach opportunities offered. We also offer ESL classes on Monday and Wednesday nights, as well as a Chinese fellowship, a Polish church, and an Arabic church. Great kids and youth ministries, and our pastors are top notch! ❤

Comment: I moved to Clearwater 2 years ago..In the first year I visited many churches. After attending CBC I made an appointment with Senior Pastor Dr. John Connell.His title did not impress me for his knowledge of the bible or ability to deliver Gods word. His delivery, his leadership, his pastor plan, the Churches business structure to grow and bless our community as a team did. Their actions and expression of accepting ALL of Christ children right where each of us are at did impress me! Also from the first vist when you enter the doors to the exit you are spoken to given hug or a hand shake! And that was not the case in some other Churches I visited. We have a seat, the true word taught and a hug if you want or need one. Join us..we are sure to love you!

Comment: Weve been going here since 1993, well before our kids were born. Our kids are in elementary and middle School now and we are glad to spend time at Countryside. Our pastor is amazing, sticking to Gods word, and welcoming.
