Comment: Love our church. Felt strongly that we should be part of a local body of believers so moved to fbc to accomplish that. We can now serve and our body is friendly and supportive and wonderful. We have a pastor who loves Jesus and is committed to expositional preaching... Not afraid to tackle hard passages. We are growing in grace and truth. Would love to see you there!

Comment: My husband and I got married in September and wanted to find a church to attend together. We were both attending separate churches in Clermont before we were married, but wanted to find a church closer to our home. If I’m being honest, First Baptist was never a church I thought I would end up going to. However, after finally deciding to give it a try, we were very pleasantly surprised. We were happy to find the teaching came straight from the Bible and that most of the series spent time working through a book of the Bible instead of jumping all around. It is a small but growing church with people who truly want to grow their relationship with the Lord and share his love and truth with others. Even if you, like me, thought you would never attend FBC Groveland I highly suggest at least considering giving them a try. What you will find is a community of believers who are being sanctified, preaching that is convicting but full of truth,and people who care about each other and their community.
