Comment: This is a good church. I remember when we had my uncles funeral here. Brother Mac is a good man. But, there is some things he needs to know about my aunt Cindy though. Peewee was a good man, right, but Cindy is not the nice person yall think she is. She is abusive, and shes a convicted felon now. She hurt me pretty bad over the years I was living with her. I even have pictures to prove it. I got proof of everything. But otherwise, brother Mac is a good guy. Hes always been kind to me.

Comment: God lead my husband & I to this Loving Spirit filled Church! The Holy Bible which is The true Word of God is preached here. Everyone is cheerful because they love The Lord. We love “our” Church.We miss being there, but due to our situation, we had to sadly move. We have not found the same joy & spiritual nourishment & worship since we left. We are blessed to tune into the videos to watch, sing & worship, but it’s not quite the same as being actually at the church with everyone. We dearly miss living close so we can be an active member as we were.You are all in our hearts & prayers. We love & truly miss being with you all. We honestly thought & planned that we were going to be settled in this areafor quite a while, but Apparently God had another plan.We highly recommend 1st Baptist Church of Gibsonton! Our Pastor & music directors are fantastic!May we all stay faithful & strong,Bobbi-Jo & Carl Volz ( & little Reagan)

Comment: I have known Pastor Mac Clements for 40 + years and you will not find a more faithful pastor. He and his church love all people and he is an icon in the community that he serves. He is a faithful Bible preacher. Everyone who has opportunity should at the least visit this great church and meet this man of God.

Comment: My dad and I just visited the other Sunday, and while driving up we were worried that the people would be judgemental of his long hair, and my tattoos. But our experience was nothing like that. Everyone seemed very welcoming, and even told us to come back!I even told the pastor that I liked his preaching, that it was in a way that I could retain what he was saying. I would love to go back, but its like a 3 hour drive. Lol
