Comment: From the moment we entered this church, (one year ago) we knew we were where God wanted us to worship. Beautiful surroundings, wonderful people, inspirational sermons by Pastor Brian and amazing music all offer a truly spirit filled experience. We moved from NJ as two retired Catholic people and have since been baptized, developed a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and read the bible daily. Thank you First Baptist Church of Plant City.

Comment: I love this church, the pastors, the choir and orchestra, and my small group!!!! The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because we dont have a CROSS in the sanctuary, and the alter looks more like a concert stage. I know that we dont worship the cross, but it would be nice to have one or two. I do absolutely love this church!

Comment: The pastor took his time to read out of the Bible and teach from the Bible there was not other distractions from his sermon the singing is really awesome all the way loud/ loud enough to damage eardrums. I will be going back I will have earplugs

Comment: This place has been such a light in my life since I had first moved to Plant City in 2021. I didnt know what to think at first. I just went so the kids had something wholesome. Then I started to take it seriously. Joined ladies Bible study. Started attended on Sundays. Eventually, I had my whole family going.Since attending...my whole family has come to know the Lord. My oldest daughter was baptized there, my former boyfriend was baptized there, I was baptized there, and my younger daughter is going to be baptized in September.I have seen God move in some powerful ways, and I cant wait to see what he has in store.

We attend a different church in Plant City, but I must say, everyone was very welcoming and made us feel at home! My girls came home and were able to resight passages from the Bible and were so excited to learn about Jesus. My heart was filled when they told me how much they looked forward to going back! Thank you all so much!

Comment: A beautiful church for your special occasionsThis is a beautiful structure located south of I-4 and plant city and on the west side of James L Redman Parkway. If you are using your app to direct you there, please pay attention as it may direct you to their downtown office which is not the same place. The actual facility is set off the road by about 100 yards in the middle of a large plot of land. There is a parking lot between the building and the road that offers plenty of parking. There is a covered drive up entrance at the front of the facility’s east side. The north side has a door for the caterer’s and florists to bring in their items. People enter through several sets of glass double doors on the east side. The entrance offers a good place for displays if those are needed. The theater is to the right of the entrance and is set as a half circle of chairs facing a stage. The main area can easily fit several hundred people comfortably. We attended a funeral there and I was very impressed with the facility and the staff. It was a beautiful ceremony thanks to the people and the facility. I would definitely recommend this facility for your special events.

Comment: Today was my family’s first visit and it was wonderful! Everyone was so inviting and truly made you feel like they were happy to see you there. My 4 children loves that they all had a group for their own ages. The best part is later on in the day a gift basket ( lunch on them) was delivered to our home thanking us for stopping by. It was so thoughtful and sweet. I think we found our new forever home in this church.

Comment: What a wonder place to fellowship with friendly, caring people that welcome you from the parking lot with an offer to ride to the door in a golf cart, to the Welcome Tent with so much information for the visitors, including a Gift! The sweet greeters at the doors. And the Coffee Bar! Wonderful volunteers greet you with a smile and even fix your coffee just as you like it. Always friendly and welcoming. The greeters at the doors are so friendly as well. What a beautiful sanctuary with wonderful worship and praise music. Sermons are always filled with treasures you can spend your next days thinking about the impact the Bible has on your own life. Beautiful building, very spacious to not feel crowded in the Commons area. A safe feeling for those still wanting space from others by having seating in the Commons with large TVs and the sound clear. An overall perfect experience!! Ill most definitely return!! They have Great weekly events as well for men, women, children, youth to college and More!!

I came from a great church in Arden NC called Biltmore and I had been looking for a church like Biltmore ever since I arrived in Florida. When I heard the message, the choir I knew I had to join. Th Lord prompted me to join First Baptist Plant City the first Sunday I came. It was my Biltmore.

Comment: This is a traditional large Baptist Church. They preach the Word of God and emphasize repentance and believing in Jesus as the only way to salvation.People are friendly. However its difficult to build intimate friendship in the large setting unless you hook up with one of Sunday school group.There are many opportunities to serve at this church.The past week they had their annual mens wild game and raffle event that was well attended.

Comment: I love my Church and our Pastors. We are in a brand new larger building south of town with more spacious seating in the sanctuary. Its very modern and updated. The childrens area has easier access to check-in your children with enhanced security features and a brand new playground area to keep your little ones busy. Our blended worship begins @ 9am on Sunday and or modern worship begins @ 10:30am. Small groups begin as early as 8am; we also have a Hispanic ministry that meets at our original location in downtown Plant City so there is something for everyone. We have missions and outreach programs that not only reach our local community but all across the world and I am proud to have been able to participate in some local missions. Comment: I was a first time visitor last Sunday. On Monday one of the pastors and 3 members stopped by my house to speak with me. What an awesome surprise. They welcomed me to their Church, asked me questions regarding my visit. The most important question was how do I know I was saved? They didnt care how I lived, how much of a mess my house was. Just wanting to make sure I knew I was saved. I will be attending this church on a regular basis.

Theyre a bible based church with a traditional worship choir at 9 and the contemporary worship band at 10:30 is awesome! Brian and Tom are great teachers and everyone is very welcoming!

Comment: Awesome teachers, classrooms and curriculum. By the time my kids graduated VPK they could recite the 66 Books of the Bible, the 10 Commandments, ABCs, all major holidays and had made great friends and lasting memories. We love their VBS summer program also!
