Comment: This is a warm welcoming church. No judgement..minister is young and an excellent teacher. Recommend for anyone with any background to come and join us. No pressure.i encourage people to come several times before deciding to continue or not because it isnt the same service every week.u wont get bored!

Comment: Ive lived in Mount Dora for about five years and have gone from church to church looking for the right fit. I visited Northland two weeks ago wearing my judgmental hat because I knew this was going to be another church to cross off my list. Im 68, a retired teacher, and the first thing I noticed was the long-haired guy leading the worship team. Hmmm...Strike one. Then during greeting time he came to my back row and hugged me. So I started noticing him. Such a joy-filled smile. Remove the strike. Then the pastor appeared.. Jeans and jacket. Strike two. He brought one of the finest sermons I have ever heard. Remove the strike. Went back last week and will go again tomorrow. I think Ive found my church. Home run.

Comment: For three years I walked in and out of a church that I loved.!I enjoyed their service.The sad thing was within that long time frame my family, friends and I were never acknowledged. We kinda just filled in some empty chairs.Now at Northland, I Immediately felt not only welcomed but wanted!!Not just because they shook my hand at the door but because everyone seemed so intrigued to KNOW me...ME! I connected with at least five people that day. Someone even gave me their personal number and the following Sunday iinvited me to sit with them.. Even my husband and kids come now! I leave those doors knowing that God blessed me with a new home and a new family. I am so grateful.

Comment: This is a wonderful place to gather and worship. Its where you go to share in the love for God without worry or concern of being new to northland. Everyone is accepted here just as God accepts everyone. Its not the physical aspect that will bring you to our lord its faith. Seek him and ye shall find him for he is always there waiting for you.
