Comment: Biblical theology in the worship music, solid conservative baptist style preaching. I visited twice and both times the congregants were welcoming and friendly. I went to a home group on a Sunday evening where they shared a meal and did a recap of the morning sermon with discussion and a time of prayer.

Comment: This is our new church home! We just became members on December 11, 2022. If you are hungry for Gods Word, taught unapologetically from the pulpit, this is the place! You will be well fed with excellent preaching verse by verse from the Bible! This church will also make you feel welcomed, and is a real, authentic church family where people care about people - check out the Grace Groups and see what I mean.This is an elder run church which is authentically biblical, and all the elders from the pastor, Justin McKitterick, down to those in training to be elders, can preach expositorially with authority. The emphasis is on His Word and equipping the members through true discipleship.I cant say enough about this church! My wife, and some of our friends, who also became members love the church, the people and especially the preaching. The music is also directly tied into the preaching, and you will see and hear authentic worship when the whole church is singing and praising the Lord! Truly uplifting and truly wonderful to be a part of this church. Wish we had made the switch 3 years ago! God bless and hope to see you at a service soon!

Comment: The truth of the Word is preached gently, lovingly and boldly at the same time. The people are genuine and kind. The kids are taken care of. Intentional youth groups, college & career groups and more. I’ve been attending GraceJax for nine years, and I couldn’t love this church more highly than I do now. Reformed theology, non-denominational, faithful pastors and teachers, God-honoring worship.

Comment: Very welcoming group of believers! Traditional/acoustic worship service. Very nice facility with good childrens ministry.Notes on first visit:Definitely a particular perspective on the place of evangelism in the modern Christian life - message focusedmore on being a stalwart defender of the Church than a Fisher of men. Signs/wonders are regarded as a misinterpretation of Scripture.Overall a great group of Christians and a great choice!

Comment: I moved to Jax about a year and a half ago, I went to the regular run of the mil church and wanted to throw up. Man centered worship, smoke machines, a rock concert. Tired of me culture, looked up reformed churches in the area and came across Grace. Have never left. Real spiritual growth, a real desire for God.

Comment: This is a church that understands how to do the one anothers of scripture. Pastor Justin and the elders care for the body, encourage humility and unity, help the people grow through expository preaching from the bible, encourage discipleship, and are good stewards of what they have received from the Lord. Ive attended for 3 years as a member, and have grown so much in faith and love, have a wonderful family that is ever growing as I meet new people, and a love for God that is ever increasing by the encouragement and teaching from the Word.

Comment: I have been a member at Grace since 2015. Before we moved to Jacksonville, we had been praying for a church that would have a very strong teaching ministry of the Word, that we would find space to be able to serve the church family and that we would be able to have a life of fellowship with our brothers and sisters and God answered every single one of our prayers and then some! What a blessing this church has been to my family and so many others! If you are genuinely interested in hearing God speak, this is a faithful church that preaches and teaches the Bible in its historical context, abiding by sound principles of interpretation using the Bible itself to answer its own questions and then applies it to our context, but you will not see a man-centered approach to worship at Grace for it is all about Christ and his glory!

I love this church because of their diligence in proclaiming the excellencies of Christ found in scripture. I would recommend this church absolutely!

Comment: Ive been searching for a church home in Jacksonville for over 6 months now, but felt at home at Grace within 15 minutes of walking in the door. The people are warm and genuine, and dont have to rely on a greeting committee to do the work a loving church body should. The teaching is straight from the Word of God with faithful exposition of scripture and relevant application, and sermons are available online. The worship is excellent as well. It is great to find a church living out the gospel!
