Comment: We are new to Ocala from Indiana. Looked for a place to worship with my family for 3 months. Meadowbrook has been God sent. I grew up in church, daughter of a pastor, worship leader, and I was just looking for a place my children and my husband and I would be feed the word in a way that was not so “theological.” Meaning receiving the word in a way that was not so fancy and in a more easier way to understand. On the first Sunday we visited we were welcomed with open arms, and my children could not stop talking about the way pastor brought the message. “Mom! The message was so good! It was what we needed to hear and it was easy to understand.” Thank you pastor and Meadowbrook church for welcoming us to the family. We pray we are a blessing to you all as you have already been to us.

Comment: The first time I visited, I knew I found a place to call home.Ive been a part of many churches over the last 45 years and Meadowbrook tops the list!I decided to attend while visiting my mother that lives in 8Ocala.I found it to be very welcoming in spite of its size. The more Ive learned and experienced, the more serious Ive become about moving to Ocala just to be part of what I consider to be a very balanced church.The 1st thing that struck me was the Music-Prase-Worship was Awesome!. Pastor Randy does an amazing job leading. Great musicians, great vocals (giving everyone the opportunity to sing solo) MOST importantly, leading you into a place of abandonment in worship!Other things Ive seen is the attention to detail in every aspect of everything that is going on! You can see that the Pastor & his wife oversees and assigns. The people that have been chosen to lead different ministries within the church are well equipped and all seem to have been God picked. The more Ive experienced the more drawn I am. I definitely feel the Love!!!Because I live 100 miles away I dont often get to actually attend. Thank the Lord they have a live stream of both services Sunday mornings. Sometimes I get up early so I can do Praise and worship twice....I believe God has a place for me there. Cant wait to see how He is going to make it happen.Kelly M

Comment: Really sad occasion, we were here for Ajike Owens funeral. Beautiful church, sensitive and professional staff. The funeral was moved to this church and we didnt know why until we got there. The church was massive so they were able to accommodate the crowd. Also the sound was phenomenal.

Great sense of humor in his ministry and has a way of giving the message so that anyone and everyone can understand it and relate. And the live streaming/online recorded sermons are a blessing during these times of quarantine and social distancing. For those going in person, the selection of times helps fit any schedule. And the childrens programs are amazing. Second to none.

There was laughter. So many different people, ages, colors, denominations. People dressed up, people in shorts and jeans. Did not feel like I needed to impress anyone. Ample parking. Comment: Best Church Ever! Pastor Tim and Team are second to none. I can feel Pastor Tims heart when he preaches. He is led by the Spirit and teaches the word. Meadowbrook has been my home church for several years and I would not switch for anything. Meadowbrook does so much for the community. I Tithe 10% of all my increases and I know that Meadowbrook uses them correctly and in the best manner possible. Happy 30 years Meadowbrook!

Comment: One of my favorite churches. In fact, the favorite in Daytona. Have been attending for many years, even though we have a home church in Belleview. Some times we attend the 10 am service in our church and then feel compelled to attend the 11:30 service at Meadowbrook. NEVER leave that church emptyhearted! We ALWAYS get something (more like a lot!) from Pastor Gilligans teachings, and I must say that the younger pastors stepping up to help now are equally inspiring. They have been well chosed and are gifted young men as their mentor is.

Comment: We were invited by our neighbors for an early Easter service (Saturday) instead of Sunday and once arriving at the Church I could see why the Preacher scheduled so many Easter services. .The church is massive and the amount of Ushers volunteers is impressive if you are into the big warehouse style of preaching.There were numerous songs preformed by members of the choir... but I didnt recognize not one. With each song the choir members sang they displayed the words on the humongous screens in case the urge overcame you and you felt a calling to lift you and join in karaoke style .The Pastor gave a good service and we were grateful for the invitation.

Warm, loving, friendly and a cafe, wow. Seriously, for the first time in my life I was learning about god. Learning about Jesus and his meaning for life, my life. I was slow to warm up, fighting to understand how it fit into what I learned as a child. It doesnt compare on any level. It is truely like coming home to a family you didnt know you had. I moved from Pennsylvania to Ocala with my 10yr old daughter Sami Kaylie and left everything behind to start over with my girlfriend only to be abandoned and left alone with my daughter. Im disabled and Im on a fixed income with no vehicle and no family or friends, that was until my little girl asked me Daddy can we take a walk?!? I cant say I stumbled across Meadowbrook. My Almighty God and the Holy Spirit worked through my Sami Kaylie to bring us home and to our new friends and family and my salvation. Thank you Lord for never leaving me and my daughter. Were Home Praise God!!!!

When he perches its real deep, he digs into the word, very specific, you are able to clearly understand the word of Jesus. Has a sense of humor, the pastor interacts with the crowd. Praise and worship is beautiful. The pastor son preaches just like the father very humble, caring. Just the whole church is an awesome place of God, blessing to that church and the pastor family! Im glade the pastor came back healed about a good percentage in full. Our prayers will continue for 100% full coverage of healing, from head to toes. That therapy will help a whole lot. I dont live in Ocala we have family out there, were from Orlando. If we ever did live out in Ocala I would so attend by all means. I could continue to say many good things about the church, Honestly.
