Comment: I was not sure of what my faith really was, having been a committed Catholic for the first 40 years of my life. Midway made me feel incredibly welcomed and I love that I am not badgered to tithe, no basket passing. They are a loving generous group that makes me want to give. They have helped my reorder my life, which is forever changed.

Comment: Preaching at Midway is very true to the Bible. The staff is very caring. I have been a member for 7 years. I was welcomed and loved from my first time attending Midway. Bible teaching is available for all ages. There is an outstanding adult choir as well as a choir for children. There are lots of opportunities for all ages to be involved in church ministry and activities. The church family ministered to me and my husband who was ill until he passed away in 2018. I am continually amazed at how much I am loved and appreciated by Midway staff and congregation.

Comment: My family started visiting Midway Baptist last year and never left! We knew almost from the beginning that this was where God wanted us to be. The members as well as the staff are welcoming and loving. We are greeted by name and we feel like we belong here as part of the church family. Our children are thriving in the Word, and that means more than words can say. There are lots of ministries for everyone to get plugged into--men, women, children, older adults, young adults, youth, etc. I definitely recommend our church to anyone and everyone!

Comment: When my family moved here 6 years ago, Midway Baptist Church was an answer to our prayers. We knew right away that God meant for us to be a part of this church, but we did not realize the magnitude of blessings that would follow. With this new church home, we were blessed with a family, friends, fellowship, amazing Sunday School classes, awesome ministries for our kids. But most of all we were blessed to find that the Pastors at Midway Baptist Church preach Gods Word and proclaim Biblical Truth boldly and with love. We have been through many ups and downs in the years we have lived here, but through it all God has been faithful and good, and our Midway Baptist Church family has loved us through it all.

Comment: My family has been a member of Midway for about 3 years now. We are a military family who has traveled the world, lived in foreign countries, and always seek a christian church where we live. It is always a challenge finding a new church to call home. Weve been in churches where the pastors keep silent and let the pot stirrers keep causing issues. That is not the case here. At Midway, we have a second family. The Sunday School is truly beneficial, my children have grown exponentially in their spiritual walk with the Lord through the youth ministries (teenagers) and I love being a part of the younger kids in their programs. The ministers have a love for the Lord, teaching from the Bible and a constant heart of grace and kindness. If you are considering attending, please do so. Come see for yourself!

Comment: My family and I have been members of Midway since we arrived in Florida in 2003. We have had nothing but great experiences with the members of this church family AND it s Leadership. Have we always seen eye to eye, not at all. But in the end we have relied on Gods Word to lead us to right decisions. I have read a great many of the negative comments listed here and find myself losing respect for Christians I considered to be above the behavior I am seeing. We have listened to many sermons on the roots of bitterness and how damaging it can be to let such roots survive. The attacks on our leadership spring from such bitter roots. If you cannot move past the bitterness you feel then that is fine, but to spout rumor (and that is exactly what it is, unless you were present and actually heard both sides of a conversation. Even then passing it along can lose something in the translation) . Midway Leadership seeks only to serve God and follow His direction as published in His Word. They do not seek to manipulate, coerce, deceive or beguile anyone and those who spout such untruths should spend a little more time on their knees. If you want to hear Gods Word preached unapologetically (uncompromisingly) then Midway Baptist Church should be on your drop by list. My family and I will remain members as long as we live here or until God calls us all home. The attacks on our leadership will not prevail, as someone else posted What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?Rom 8:31

I have learned that behind every good Church, is a Great Pastor! Pastor Brunet (known as Bro Dennis :-) ) is a Godly Man, an Honest Man, a Man who is always Faithful to Preach Gods word! I Love this Man and consider him my Friend...For those of you that may have either heard, or have said, disparaging things about this Church and/or its staff, PLEASE, keep in mind, that there are no perfect Churches, people, or Pastors.As Christ said in the Book of John, Let he who is without Sin, cast the first stone so then, i must be reminded not to be too quick to condemn others, as they are not perfect as i am not perfect! Let us all remember, that a Local Church is an organization made up of people-FLESH & BLOOD PEOPLE THAT ARE LESS THAN PERFECT, but what sets us (Local Church) apart from all other organizations, is found in who we follow-Jesus Christ! The way our Pastors preach the word sinks in so much! I love serving in this church they really help you find the best place to serve and grow! Comment: Midway Baptist Church is a fantastic church! My wife and I are members and we have been attending for nearly 6 years. The ministers and the families of this church continue to be such a blessing to us both. Everyone is always so friendly, welcoming, loving, and encouraging. The preaching, teaching, and all around worship present at each church service and bible study is always Biblical and Christ centered. There are incredible ministries for all age groups, from kids, to teens, to young adults, to senior adults. Whether you are wanting to come to trust Jesus as your savior, or you are a new Christian looking for a place to grow your faith, or a long time believer that wants to find a place to worship and serve with fellow believers, Midway Baptist is a great place to do all of the above. We are so blessed to be able to call Midway Baptist our church home!

Comment: My family joined Midway in 2012 and we have never found another church like it. We actually have a church family there and my children look forward to going to church. The sermons are Bible based and truthful to Gods word and His commands. There is something for everyone here from mens group to ladies along with activities for all ages.

Comment: We love our church family and are very grateful to grow in Gods Word together. Kidz church rocks, J.A.M jams, and the Adult ministries & fellowship are such a blessing. Our Senior Pastor Dr. Brunet proclaims Gods word boldly as he ought to and cares for his people that none should perish. Pastor Pete Belmain addresses the pulpit with a God-ordained confidence and takes to heart and action the Word of God. Our ministry team is a wonderful example of unity and growth as Gods Church. Comment: Love this church family! We have attended this church for about 9 months ago and everyone in our family loves it. They call themselves a family of families, and it really feels that way. It is a great place to get involved with all they have to offer, for the kids, teens, and adults as well. The sermons are bible-based and very convicting and applicable to life. The Pastors are amazing! If you are looking for a church, you should definitely check it out!
