Comment: Saint Bernadette’s is a magnificent church with a warm and compassionate Pastor, Father Victor. I love going there whenever we are in Port St Lucie. I enjoy visiting the garden of Our Lady and Bernadette and seeing all the pavers honoring our loved ones. I always feel loved and welcomed when I am there. Comment: This is our Parish since we moved to Port Saint Lucie in November 2018. The church building is beautiful and reminds you of an older style church than newer ones in the round.The parishioners are the friendliest we have ever encountered including at our previous parish where we belonged over 20 years.Father Ulto, Father Lopez and Deacon Ervin are a wonderful Parish leadership team. Each is very friendly, helpful and spiritual and a reflection of the friendliness and welcoming culture of the parish.There are over 50 ministries and all were represented at the Ministry Fair in January. Currently my wife is involved in the Rosary Makers ministry, we both attended a Parish Bible Study in the spring and look forward to another in the fall. Our son is involved in the Youth Ministry and Hand Bell Choir.This is a very warm and welcoming parish, we hope you will visit, become a member and join some ministries.

It is full of a large variety of ministries that make it easy for anyone and everyone to join. Even those from up north who stop by to get away from the snow, feel at home here. Comment: My family is not the most strict Catholics around and our attendance is not what is should be, but every time we do go to church or church events we always feel welcomed and not judged by everyone there. Father Ulto exemplifies the patience and caring that a priest should have and it echos through out his church. That is what makes us want to keep coming back!
