Comment: Went down for Christmas Mass. Absolutely beautiful church. Priest homily was absolutely amazing, also loved how priest called people up that needed a blessing whether It be for a new child on the way or for house reasons that people experienced it was just absolutely beautiful.

Comment: While visiting family in Florida, I attended a Sunday service at this parish and was more than moved by the music ministry, the youth ministry and the wonderful pastor, Fr. Bob, who used familiar language to connect with all congregants - young and old, and to draw people in with stories and connections. This was truly a Catholic community coming together for the eucharistic meal. It was moving and I am grateful to have experienced it.

Comment: We came here this morning for 11am Easter mass; I have to say the service was so beautiful! It was our first time here; I’m not Catholic but my fiancée is. Father Bob’s words moved me to tears. I thought he was incredibly kind and his words were so relevant to todays world. Thank you so much Father Bob for todays beautiful service! When we left, the parish had baskets of holy water with a beautiful message attached to them for everyone to take home. We will definitely be back.

Comment: This lady that I had a conversation with. I have to meet in person. She has given me a warm welcome to the church. Helped me in ever way possible to have my don baptize here at the church on November 7,2020. I’m beyond excited. I can’t wait. Trisha has helped me step by step with the process. She was very nice, kind and friendly. We still communicated about certain things I need through email and she responded in a timely manner. She was just over all amazing I honestly can’t wait to meet her in person.

Comment: The welcome character of this church really stands out. Beautiful building and grounds, very active community. A lot of families come from the surrounding communities and everyone from all walks of life can come together to share mass and celebrate life. Pastor is absolutely wonderful. Comment: St. John XXIII Parish is truly my faith community for many reasons, beginning with Father Bob Tabbert and all our wonderful parish priests and staff, and extending through our welcoming parish family. The Spirit works through the many ministries and support groups; there is a way for anyone who wants to become involved to do so. But for me, the best part of our parish life is the children, their presence at Mass and their involvement in ministries as altar servers, cantors, choir/bell choir members, lectors, etc. St. John XXIII Parish is a treasure to the Diocese of Venice and to the Southwest Florida community!
