Comment: I have been attending this church since my daughter started VPK at SCA, back in 2012, I wish I could say weve attended religiously every week, I cant, there have been times when we have moved and its been too far, and the times of covid where we watched online, but every time I walk through the doors we are home and you can truly feel the presence of God and the peace that he brings. I have been to a lot of churches in my life and I can say without a doubt that God is here working through the people at Sunlight. Pastor Scott, Pastor Aaron, Pastor Jason are all amazing!Pastor Scott, is the best pastor ever! Says my 14-year-old. Does a review REALLY get any better than that?!If youre looking for a church home, someplace welcoming, somewhere with kind-hearted people, somewhere to learn more about God (or meet him for the first time), look no further. This is it! Dip your toes in or jump right in, the water is warm 😊

Comment: I LOVE this church and highly recommend it! My husband and I have been attending for over 11 years and just continue to fall more in love with this church every day. This is a place where we really feel loved, accepted and a part of the family. There are many ways to be involved and get to know others as they offer community group gatherings, after church luncheons, and other various events. They offer wonderful programs for the children and youth. The childrens leaders really have a passion for helping them to learn and grow in their walk with Christ. There is something for people of every age. The staff really go above and beyond to help everyone feel welcomed. The Sunday services are great! Pastor Scott does an excellent job with the sermons and we have always really enjoyed the music at this church. I cannot say enough great things about Sunlight Community Church! Honestly, this church is the only reason we have decided to stay in Port St. Lucie...because we love this church so much and cant imagine finding another one as great as this one! Please check it out for yourself!

Comment: After being away from live Sunlight for 7 months, I was in attendance today and it was great to be back! But I would like for more to enjoy the live version of Sunlight. To get more people back I think more people need to be willing to sacrifice. And its quite simple - I think more people need to be wearing masks. I know that the mask has become for many a political symbol. If by wearing a mask for an hour meant more people enjoying the service, would you think it would be worth it? Because so many wore no masks, I wore mine through the entire service. You see, I am 74 and my 73 year old wife was home. When she gets a cold or the flu, she develops asthma and I want to make sure I dont bring this back to our home. So think about it. We serve a God who sacrificed his only Son. Is it too much to ask to have more people wearing a mask for an hour?

Comment: We have moved from PSL and miss this church so much! We listen to the recordings of the sermons from out of state. Bible-based teaching that uplifts you without a lot of feel good fluff, convicts you without making you feel bad, is educational, and is interesting - I might even say entertaining.Thank you, Pastor Scott and Team!

Comment: We were in town on vacation and found Sunlight. The message was presented by the Youth Pastor, Aaron. He was a little scattered but energetic and his message about Christians identities in Jesus Christ was scriptural and on point.We were welcomed immediately when we arrived and several times before and during the service. The music was up beat and well presented and the church building was very nice. We would recommend the church to visitors or possibly as a home church.Aaron, keep on preaching the Word and sharing Him with anyone who will listen. Your excitement and passion were a blessing to us during your message today.My first identity is Child of the one true God!

Comment: Sunlight is a gospel centered church with solid structure. The leadership is sound, accountability is present, discipleship is everywhere, and the fruit of the spirit is evident. Pastor Scott has an authentic approach to teaching and revealing depth in Gods word. He presents his sermons in full context of scripture, pushing you to think and learn. And let me just say, his illustrations and artwork are a must see :) Most encouraging is every sermon points to Jesus Christ, who Christ is, why Christ died for us, and the beautiful message of salvation. There is a place to connect and grow for people of all ages and all walks of life. Sunlight is a place to belong.

The Youth Group is amazing, both of my kids love it, Redeem young adults is a great place for fellowship and gospel. Community Groups is what it church is all about , gotta give them a try.

Comment: If you havent been to this Church, you have missed out on something. People who care about people and roll up their sleeves to do something about problems rather than just talk about them. A pastor who doesnt lecture you, but rather reads the Bible with you and helps you gain perspective with information about the times that the subject matter took place. And, in addition, has a great choir with singers and musicians to raise your spirits. All of this in newly-built and comfortable surroundings, which includes child-care facilities. 9:15 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. services add to convenience for early/late risers.

Comment: Sunlight Community Church has been my familys home for 10 years and is a place that is all-welcoming and all-inclusive. The music and worship led by Bill Whitt is beautiful, excellent and inspiring to people of all ages. The Bible is at the center of worship and is taught through the sermons by Senior Pastor Scott and Sunlights associate pastors accurately, with truth and passion. Every Sunday I feel spiritually fed through the gospel and Gods word, and socially through fellowship and visiting with a great group of people. The childrens ministries and flourishing youth programs are fun, growing like mad and a joy to be a part of! Come and be blessed!!
