Comment: This church is a blessing to our community and our family! We have been attending for several years and absolutely love it! There are four services, and we regularly switch between three of them. We havent gone to the traditional service on Sunday mornings, as we prefer a contemporary service. The kids programs cant be beat! There is always something going on to engage in. Our children have participated in the Upward sports program for countless seasons in soccer and basketball. Friday Moms is an amazing womens ministry on Friday mornings. The middle school and high school youth programs actually get the teens engaged and wanting to go to church and groups.This is a hard task to accomplish with pre and teenagers! Just cant say enough about the pastors and staff at UC! They truly care about the well being of each and every person and are genuine and thoughtful.

Comment: If you are looking for a preschool. I suggest you to try this one. My 2 kids attended there and they love it. They learned a lot. The school have many activities. It is faith centered but I can garantee that even for secular families it would be an amazing experience.

Comment: I was a charter member of this wonderful church until we moved to The Villages. I was hoping to see more pictures of the church and maybe some old friends. I couldnt find a picture or the name of of your minister either.However, I do thank you for my disciple I class I went on to facilitate a couple and would like to see everyone be fortunate enough to take these classes. University Carillon certainly nurtured my spiritual growth and Im so grateful. Now I am a member of New Covenant United Methodist of the Villages. Im kinda bragging but do check out our web sight!

Comment: I was riding my bike home when it started to pour down rain. The church was close by so I rode over and took cover under a roof outside their front door. A few minutes went by and a gentleman, I believe his name was Bob or Bobby, came out and asked if I wanted to come sit inside while they prepped for a service. After gathering my things and going inside he asked if I wanted some coffee and water while I waited out the rain. I was only there for less than 10 minutes and sat away from where most of the people were but was greeted by two others who worked there and one asked if there was anything I needed.I’m not a religious person in any way but any group of people that are kind and thoughtful, such as the people I interacted with, are good people in my book.Thank you for taking me in.

Comment: The people here are genuinely caring and friendly! Saturdays have a fantastic focus on family. Sundays offer traditional services and also a service with young adults as the focus. The kids programs are great. There are many opportunities to be involved in the church. There is a strong focus on investing in the local community. UCUMC truly lives out showing the love of Jesus.

Comment: I grew up in a small, friendly church. The first time I stepped foot into University Carillon, I not only felt like I was back home but I was impressed how much this place had to offer yet still retained that small church atmosphere. The difference is the people and their outreaching focus. The pastoral staff and members genuinely care about every single person who walks in the doors and they are constantly looking for ways to grow the church and build a close-knit community. They have traditional services, contemporary, college-aged and 20-something focused services, and services for young families. They also have an unbelievably strong youth program that incorporates a safe environment with fun stuff like video games and live bands with bible studies and teen-appropriate sermons. They even have Celebrate Recovery services for those struggling with addiction. Im so blessed to have discovered this church and been a part of it for the past several years. Ive had the privilege to get married here, witnessed both of my kids get baptized here, and love watching my kids grow up here. University Carillon is my home.

Comment: I cant say enough good things about this church. I have heard the most powerful sermons here. My kids LOVE it here. We have friends here... they have Starbucks coffee and cookies. OK, maybe its just the free coffee and cookies. However, the friendly people, dedicated pastors, amazing area for kids and teens, diverse services... that helps too.They have contemporary services - modern Christian music and most people dress in khakis and a dress shirt but many are in jeans too.traditional service- hymns sung with a full band. More people in suits, dresses, and still some in jeans.Vessel- even the pastor is in jeans. Come as you are and fit right in. Younger crowd for the majority but all ages are there. Vessel is the one I go to. Its home to me.

Comment: From the first day I entered this church (November 2008) I have loved the music and the pastoral staff! I find the music incredibly moving (music you can find on Z88.3), and each of the 3 pastors has his own style of presenting. I also find the people incredibly friendly and caring, without being nosey into my personal business. The church also offers many bible studies for adults, college students, and teens, and missions! I have been linked to volunteering in my community! Being a former Catholic I did not know what to expect in a Methodist church, but I have found such a deep connection!
